The process flow of wood grain processing is:
Pretreatment, powder spraying, baking, inspection, manual lamination, vacuum, furnace heating, release vacuum, cooling tear film, inspection package
Vacuum degree should be controlled rationally, and the vacuum degree too high or too low will result in unpatterned or blurred image. Transfer printing temperature should be controlled in 175 ~ 195 ℃.
